Transcripts, copyright, and your responsibility
Transcripts and captions may originate from third-party videos and from YouTube's own caption systems, including creator-uploaded captions and automatically generated captions. CapMyVideo does not create the underlying video and does not acquire ownership of third-party videos, captions, or transcripts.
Transcript accuracy is not guaranteed. Auto-generated captions in particular may contain errors, omissions, or misattributed speech.
You are responsible for ensuring that your copying, downloading, publishing, or other reuse of transcript content is lawful. That includes checking copyright, permissions, and any terms that apply to the original video or captions. CapMyVideo does not grant you rights in third-party content.
Intellectual Property
The CapMyVideo website, including its design, code, and original content (excluding third-party videos, captions, and transcripts), is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapMyVideo and Precision Ecommerce Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in transcripts
- Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers
